A Web-based Java Integrated Development Environment with Media Chats

Abstract

A web-based Java Integrated Development Environment was designed for text and video chats with a programming compiler for programmers to communicate, exchange ideas, and solve problems. This entails source code editing, automated testing, code fixing, and auto-completion. The Hypertext Markup Language, Javascript, and Bootstrap Cascading Style Sheet were employed to design the front-end interface, while Asynchronous Javascript and Extensible Markup Language, Hypertext Preprocessor and My Structure Query Language were used for the back-end design. This software development environment allows different users to work efficiently to play an essential role in source code editing, reduce time wastage, and haste more time in collaboration and overall success of the team. The IDE can be accessed on every internet empowered machines like Personal Computers, Tablets, and Mobile devices.
