Blockchain for Secure Signal Processing
Abstract:
The implementation of blockchain technology offers a modern solution to trust-related issues by minimizing or removing the reliance on third-party intermediaries. In cloud-based signal processing, where data is exposed to potential intrusions and alterations, ensuring data integrity across different domains requires a strong, secure, and proactive system. This study employs a systematic review methodology to examine the effectiveness of blockchain technology in enhancing secure signal processing in cloud-based systems. The findings highlight that core features of blockchain—such as immutability, transparency, anonymity, minting, decentralization, and reliability, collectively support robust data security. These characteristics prevent any single node from unilaterally modifying data within a block without consensus from other nodes, thereby ensuring transparency, integrity, and trust across the network.
