CLOUD BASED SHIPPING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

ABSTRACT

Cloud-based shipping management solutions have attracted a lot of attention recently because of their capacity to expedite and optimize shipping procedures. The goal of this systematic review is to provide a comprehensive overview of the available literature on cloud-based shipping management systems, with a focus on their advantages, disadvantages, and future prospects.

The evaluation begins with a summary of the key characteristics and functions of cloud-based shipping management systems, with an emphasis on their ability to centralize and automate multiple shipping procedures. The benefits of these technologies are then discussed, including better efficiency, cost savings, real-time tracking, and increased customer satisfaction.
